How do I return an item?
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns on retail sales for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. After 30 calendar days returns will be considered at our discretion. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition", that is, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Such items will be reshipped or refunded.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Resellers wishing to return items more than 30 days old should contact us first before sending them to us.
